Players like yourself, for example, are skilled with a lot more units. the players who get Dkasli would be considered a one trick pony and wouldn't be able to make strats Also, another issue is that people who only use Dkasli will not find the game fun because there is no challenge

My personal rule for regular rare and super rare units is +10 on their level before exchanging for np. After that if it only serves as cc that's automatically for np, Stat based is mostly a lvl spent, and there is a grey area for cc units that are very impactful like sanzo
